On Thursday, September 11, 2008, CME Group will be remembering the victims of the terrorist attack on the World Trade Center on September 11, 2001. CME Group will observe a voluntary moment of silence on Globex and open outcry markets from 07:18 to 07:19 CT (08:18 to 08:19 ET) with the exception of NYMEX and COMEX markets. NYMEX and COMEX will observe moments of silence on GLOBEX and open outcry markets corresponding to the times the planes hit each tower, 07:46 CT and 08:03 CT (08:46 ET and 09:03 ET) and the times each tower collapsed, 08:59 CT and 09:29 CT (09:59 ET and 10:29 ET).

It is requested that traders voluntarily stop trading the respective exchange's products at these times.
